Shelley Covel Rowland

Shelley Covel Rowland is the oldest daughter of Toby Keith. She was born in 1980 to Tricia Lucus. Toby adopted Shelley once he got married to Tricia in 1984. She is the least seen of all Toby’s children. She does not get seen much in public appearances. She joined the rest of the family in the SwingDish Launch Event that took place in Las Vegas in 2015.

Shelley got married and got herself a baby with her husband. Her baby turned Toby into a grandpa for the first time in 2018. Toby posted a picture of himself celebrating Thanksgiving with the rest of Shelley’s family. In the picture, there were Toby’s grandchildren.

Krystal Keith

Krystal Keith is the oldest biological child of Toby Keith and Tricia Lucus. She was born on September 30, 1985. While Krystal’s brothers adopted the surname Covel, she decided to keep her father’s stage name. Krystal joined Toby in the world of country music. Her father used her vocals in his song “Mockingbird” that came out in 2004.

They performed the song as part of the 38th Annual CMA Awards. Krystal recorded her first album titled “Whiskey & Lace” in 2013. It had a song “Daddy Dance with Me,” which Krystal wrote specifically for the dance between a father and daughter at her wedding.

Krystal married Andrew Sandubrae in 2010 and sang her song “Daddy Dance with Me” for her father at the ceremony. Krystal attended the University of Oklahoma and remained in Oklahoma. She lives there with her two daughters Kirby and Hensley. Krystal paid a touching tribute to Toby after his death in February 2024.

Stelen Keith Covel

Stelen Keith Covel is Toby Keith and Tricia Lucus’s youngest child and only son. He was born on April 17, 1997. He looked like his father according to people who interacted with him. He went to the University of Oklahoma where he studied entrepreneurship and venture management. He did not get into the music industry like his father but rather got a career in business. He has co-owned some businesses in Oklahoma. The businesses include 405 Burger Bar, Hollywood Corners, Tequila Chulos and Sellout Crowd.

Sellout Crowd is a sports reporting platform which is centered on sports from Oklahoma. He Covel married Haley Covel in Las Vegas on November 6, 2021. Stelen’s family attended the marriage ceremony. Shortly after the wedding, Toby announced his cancer disease. He thanked his fans for the prayers and called his father a fighter. After the death of Toby in February 2024, He released a tribute for his father on Instagram. He called Toby his mentor, coach, hero and star.

Three children of Keith went to the CMT Awards in 2024. In the award ceremony, a tribute for Keith was paid that included musical numbers from Brooks & Dunn, Lainey Wilson, and Sammy Hagar. On the red carpet, Stelen talked about the legacy of his father.

He stated that his father made fantastic music and was worthy of this tribute. In May 2024, Krystal received an honorary degree from the University of Oklahoma on behalf of Keith. All three children of Keith graduated from this university.
