Aavesham OTT Release Date: Fahadh Faasil’s Malayalam film Avesham is still creating a stir in the theatres. The film was released on 11 April 2024. According to sources, it earned ₹ 1.10 crore on the 26th day, and has now earned around ₹ 80 crore. ‘Aavesham’ has become the fourth highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2024 and the eighth highest-grossing South Indian film of all time.

The film is also going to be released on OTT soon. Those who haven’t seen “Avesham” in theaters yet. They will now get a chance to watch it online. Awesham action-comedy film will stream on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on May 9, 2024.

Aavesham Story Highlights
The film is directed by Jeetu Madhavan. The film also stars Ashish Vidyarthi, Mansoor Ali Khan and Sajin Gopu. The Malayalam film is about three teenagers who come to Bengaluru for college and get involved in a feud. They seek help from a local gangster. Fahadh plays the character of a Bengaluru gangster who has his roots in Kerala and Karnataka. He is dressed entirely in white and sports a thick handlebar moustache.
Fahadh earlier told Manorama Online why he chose to play this character. “I have not explored such characters before, so when this story came to me, I said yes. My character in this film is different from the earlier characters. Also, I speak a mix of Kannada and Malayalam,”
Fahadh had said in an interview that “There are a lot of off-beat films which are streaming on various OTT platforms. However, Awesham is very entertaining and should definitely be watched in theatres.”
