This is one of the most delicious cuisines available out there. Rajma are protein-rich while the rice are steamed and fluffy which results in a meal that you might not forget for the next few days.

11. Sarso Da Saag/Makki Ki Roti

Another one of Punjab’s most delicious dishes out there. Sarso ka saag is supposed to be had with Makki di roti which is a roti made from the cornflour dough, and the most important item, desi ghee. mix these three on a plate and you will keep licking your fingers for a long time. Sarso ka saag is made from the stems of mustard leaves.
