South Indian actress Chaitra Reddy primarily performs in Tamil and Kannada. She was born in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on July 23, 1993.
Chaitra attended a private school in Bengaluru for her education before enrolling in a private institution there to complete her Bachelor of Computer Applications degree.
The ‘Avunu Mathe Shravani’ serial, in which Chaitra played the main character Shravani, marked the beginning of her acting career in the Kannada television industry in 2014.
Chaitra replaced Priya Bhavani Shankar as Dr. Priya Arjun in the 2017 television series Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai, marking her debut in the Tamil television industry. Later, Chaitra appeared in the Zee Tamil channel’s Yaaradi Nee Mohini series.

In the Kannada television series Avanu Matte Shravani, she made her acting debut.. By taking over Priya Bhavani Shankar’s starring role in Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai, she made her Tamil television debut.
She is now playing the main villain in the Zee Tamil television series Yaaradi Nee Mohini. She also appeared in the popular Kannada film Rugged (2019) and made her film debut in the 2017 Kannada film Enendu Hesaridali. With the untitled film directed by Sibiraj, she makes her Tamil film debut.

Vattam Story
Kamalakannan wrote and directed the Tamil action-thriller film Vattam, which was also produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the Dream Warrior Pictures label.
