Early on, he used to sing parts from the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. 2008 saw the release of his debut album. Early well-known songs include Maal Bhetai Mela Me, Piyawa Rahela Saudi Re Bhauji, and Saiyaan Arab Gaile Na. He debuted in Bollywood as a vocalist in the song “AK-47” from Koyelaanchal in 2014.

He performed his second Bollywood song, Holi Me Ude, for the movie Global Baba in 2016. At the Sabrang Film Awards in 2017, he was given the Best Playback Singer prize. Kawna Devta Ke Garhal Sawaral and Jaan Gaini E Ho Jaan were two of his outstanding songs from that year.
